How to restore labour court execution case after dismissal?

I filed an application in Labour Court under Section 11(9) and 11(10) of the Industrial Disputes Act, 1947 for execution. The Labour Court transferred the case to Civil Court. The Civil Court dismissed the application citing the 2016 Repealing and Amending Act. However, the Rajasthan High Court, in interim order (CW 18129/2022 dated 20/01/2023), held that Section 2A(2) of the ID Act 1947 (inserted in 2010) is still valid. How can I now restore my execution application in the Labour Court?

Since you already have a stay order and proof of cheque misuse, your defense is strong. Submit evidence showing theft, misuse, and absence of legally enforceable debt. A good lawyer can get the case dismissed or settled. Keep following the legal process calmly and ensure no compromise without legal protection.
