Job lost due to vendor issues — can I take action?

I worked for vendor Company A on a project for Company B. The contract said my job ends with the project, but the project is still ongoing. Company B is blacklisting A due to misconduct, and I am losing my job despite being a top performer. I was close to being hired by B. What can I do?

You can send a legal notice to Vendor A for wrongful termination. Even if the company lost its contract, your rights as an employee must be respected. If there's evidence you were promised full-time hiring at Company B, discuss possible remedies with a labor lawyer. You may also be entitled to compensation.
