Should I file a case for wrongful termination and resignation?

After joining an MNC for two months, my seniors pressured me to submit my resignation. They used the PIP (Performance Improvement Plan) wrongly against me to force me to leave the company. After four months of joining, they terminated me, stating, "Since you are not submitting your resignation, we are terminating you." I also received an email stating that my resignation had been accepted. I suspect that the HR team secretly accessed my login and submitted the resignation from their system. Should I file a case in the labor court, file an FIR, or take this matter to the civil court?

You can file a case in the labor court for wrongful termination and harassment under the labor laws. If your resignation was submitted without your consent, you could also consider filing an FIR for forgery. Consult a labor lawyer to understand your options and take appropriate legal action.
