What actions to take after unfair job dismissal situation?

My employer has constructively dismissed me from my job. Initially, they offered a three-month severance package in writing, which I agreed to. However, they changed the severance amount at the last minute without my consent and blocked my access to work systems. What are my options?

If your employer changed your severance without consent and locked you out, that’s unfair dismissal. Send a legal notice, and if they did not respond, complain to the labour office or take legal action. Keep all written proof and emails they will help you claim what’s rightfully yours.
