If your salary is delayed and your Provident Fund (PF) isn't paid, you can file a complaint with the labor commissioner or the Employees' Provident Fund Organisation (EPFO). You may also consider sending a legal notice to your employer to recover dues, including your salary and PF contributions. For further legal assistance contact us on our helpline number.
