What can I do if salary unpaid, notice not informed?
I have not been paid 15 days’ salary. Now they are saying I must serve a 15-day notice period, but they never informed me about this during joining. What can I do?

If your employer didn’t inform you about the notice period during joining, they can't deny your 15-day salary. Send a written email or legal notice asking for payment.
