What should I do if institute is forcing me to pay?

I joined Sharpener.tech for a Web Development course, where I signed a virtual agreement (ISA - Income Sharing Agreement). I didn’t read all the terms and conditions and accepted it. Now, I am unable to understand web development, so I left. They are forcing me to study or pay approximately Rs. 35,000 to leave. They say they will send me a legal notice. I am a student and not employed to pay them. What should I do?

You can approach a legal professional to review the ISA agreement. If the terms are unfair or misleading, you might have grounds to contest the terms. You could also seek advice from consumer protection forums or file a complaint with the Consumer Court. It’s essential to discuss your situation with a lawyer for proper guidance.
