What should I do if my employer deletes attendance profile?

I resigned from the company without serving the notice period. They sent me an email stating that they will hold my full and final settlement if I do not serve my notice period. They gave me 3 days to rejoin the office. I emailed them the next day to rejoin from the following day to serve the notice period and avoid any deductions from my full and final settlement. However, the next day they deleted my attendance profile from the online portal and are not replying to my emails. What should I do next?

If your company is not responding and has deleted your attendance profile, you can send a formal legal notice asking for your full and final settlement as you agreed to rejoin. If they continue to ignore, you can approach the labor court for a resolution and claim your rightful dues. For further legal assistance contact us on our helpline number.
