What to do if company doesn't pay salary?

I have been working in a private company (AVGC) for over 2 years. For the past two months, I haven't received my salary, and no one is responding to my calls, messages, or emails. I just want my pending salary and travel allowances.

You can send a legal notice to the company demanding payment of your salary and allowances. If there's no response, you can file a complaint with the Labour Commissioner or approach a labour court for recovery. Preserve all proof of employment and communication for your case.
