What to do if company transfers workers to contractor?
Sir, I work at Reckitt Benckiser India Private Ltd, where a trade union is also present. The company has transferred its business to a contractor and also transferred us workers to the contractor. What should we do in this situation? Please guide us.

You and other workers can challenge the company’s action through the Labour Commissioner or the industrial tribunal. If your consent wasn’t taken and benefits were reduced, it may be illegal.
