How can I get justice for service and harassment issues?

I was a government officer but resigned due to harassment. I had raised valid concerns about corruption in the company. I was a regular employee of a government company for 12 years, but they ceased my lien and transferred my service to a group company with a 2-day service break, treating it as a fresh appointment with a new probation period and fixed pay. My promotion and increment were stopped. I filed a complaint with the National Commission for Scheduled Castes (NCSC), but no hearing was conducted. I approached the High Court, but the court dismissed my case without verifying documents or facts, simply based on the defendant’s lawyer’s statements. I had taken a home loan from my company and a private bank. My company is holding back my PF, 7th Pay Commission arrears, and other benefits. Meanwhile, they filed a summary suit in civil court for home loan recovery, despite not deducting EMIs since 2020. The new company also did not provide any home loan benefits. As the NCSC did not give a final verdict, they filed the summary suit in civil court. How can I get justice now?

You can file a detailed case in the High Court again under writ jurisdiction (Article 226) for service rights, pending dues, PF, and illegal transfer. Also, file a case with the Central Administrative Tribunal (CAT). For loan matters, respond to the civil suit and submit proof of EMI non-deduction. Consult a service law expert.
