Dear Client, In order to obtain the license, you must file an application at the State Transport Commissioner u/s 93 of the Motor Vehicle Act of 1988. Fill Form-1, attach the required documents such as company registration, audit reports etc., along with an undertaking of compliance with all the relevant laws applicable. The application must be accompanied by the payment of the fee prescribed under Rule 103A of the Act. I hope this answer helps. In case of future queries, please feel free to contact us. Thank you.
