What action should I take if my HR created a misconception between me and my co-founder? She told him I’m not interested in continuing the job, and then told me my co-founder said I don’t need to come to the office. She also accused my character in front of other employees. I’m working as an HR intern, and the same day, my co-founder offered me a permanent position. However, my HR tried to remove me and also said I would only receive salary till 24/04/2024, even though my internship ends on 27/04/2024. She also tried to cut my salary and terminate me without any reason.
