What can I do if misled about course content and refund?

I had a query about course content and contacted Allen's phone support, who redirected me to visit the offline institute. However, when I visited the offline institute, they told me they do not handle it and asked me to refer to the website. I requested guidance regarding the difference between the Achievers Test Series and the Major Test Series. I was misled into believing the tests differ. Based on this, I purchased the Achievers Test Series. After making the payment, I found out the Major Tests in both series are the same. I held off on completing the remaining registration and haven't accessed any course content or tests. When I contacted Allen DLP, they declined to offer a refund due to their no-refund policy.

Since you were misled about the course content, you can write a formal complaint to Allen DLP, stating the issue clearly. Even though they have a no-refund policy, you can try to negotiate, especially since you haven’t accessed the content. If they don’t respond satisfactorily, you may consider filing a consumer complaint for misleading information. For further legal assistance contact u son our helpline number.
