What can I do someone threatens to harm me and my family?
There is a marriage in our home, after returning from the bride's home there are some issues between my parents & uncle which is very usual. Some relatives are invited to our home. Everything was undergoing a normal procedure but suddenly one of my relatives my FUFAJI from Kashichak asked for money from my father. But my father refused to give as He is struggling nowadays, as I am studying in another state and for my sister's marriage. Then Suddenly he started shouting at us that we had beaten them and called his daughters to fight with us. Then we decided to get locked in our room as they might extend to more false allegations especially that women's card. Then they started thundering our doors like hell and started abusing very badly to me, my parents and sisters and threatened that they would beat us or break our heads
You can file a complaint under section 232 and 351 of BNS for the false evidences and also trying to threaten and harm their body , reputation and property, against your fufaji and you should take immediate help of police to prevent future consequences .
