How can my parents evict my wife from their property?
My wife has filed a Domestic Violence (DV) case against me and my parents after 20 years of marriage. My parents are senior citizens, aged 82 and 72, and have disowned us from their self-acquired property. They have also filed an eviction petition. We have never provided meals or medical help to my parents and have abused them on various occasions. Her main motive seems to be to take permanent possession of the self-acquired property in the name of the matrimonial home. Not only is the lower court protecting the rights of women, but the Senior Citizen Tribunal also does not seem to provide relief to my parents. Although I am ready to provide alternate rental accommodation of similar capacity and equal standards, the tribunal is not ordering eviction despite the aforementioned facts. The tribunal feels that not providing meals or medical help, abusing parents, or leaving them alone to die are not considered extreme conditions. Kindly advise how my parents can evict my wife from their self-acquired property?
