How to submit amended document after court allows changes?

An amendment has been allowed. How should I properly carry out the amendments in the document, especially if the changes are substantial? Do I need to submit the amended document by striking out the original content in red and inserting the approved changes in red? What is the correct way to submit the amended document? Can experts please guide?

Once the court allows your amendment, you must submit the amended version of the document. You don’t need to submit the original with strikethroughs unless the court specifically asked for it. Normally, you file a "clean copy" of the amended document, which includes all the approved changes. Title it as “Amended Petition” or “Amended Written Statement” and mention the date of amendment approval. You may also attach a note stating that it has been amended as per court order.
