What can be the outcome of the 498A case?

My wife filed a 498A case in 2015 in Rajasthan, which was found to be false, and the protest petition was dismissed. In 2016, her 125 CrPC case was dismissed in Rajasthan. In August 2018, she filed another 498A case in Rajasthan and in September 2018 filed the same case, including Section 377, in Haryana. The case filed in August 2018 was not pressed until 2022. In the Haryana case, all PWs were completed, and her 319 CrPC application was dismissed. Her mother was dropped by the prosecution. My 313 CrPC statement is complete, and the case is now on defense witnesses. In 2023, she obtained a divorce under Section 13A. We have submitted certified copies of all previous cases to the court. Please suggest the potential outcome of the Haryana case.

Sir, as per given the history of false cases and the dismissal of similar charges, you can file an application to get the Haryana case dismissed. Since the case lacks strong evidence and has been delayed for years, you can challenge the accusations and ask the court to drop the case. Additionally, if the case is found to be baseless, you may seek compensation for the harassment caused. It is important to consult an exprert criminal lawyer who will guide you through this process.
