Do I need to pay money for ISA course?

I joined Sharpener.tech for a full-stack course and signed an agreement (ISA - Income Sharing Agreement). Due to my fault, I didn't read all the terms and conditions before accepting them. Now, I’m unable to understand web development and have left the course. They are forcing me to study or pay approximately Rs. 35,000 to leave. The teaching quality was poor, and they didn’t provide proper guidance. I feel like they are scamming and playing with students' lives. They are threatening to send me a legal notice. As I am a student and not employed, do I really need to pay them?

If the terms of the ISA are unclear or unfair, you may contest them based on misrepresentation or breach of contract. As a student, you may not be legally obligated to pay if the course was not provided as promised. Consult a lawyer specializing in education contracts to review your rights.
