How to get a refund from school for unmet promises?

I admitted my daughter to North Point Residential School, Siliguri, in class 9. Before admission, they promised to provide full facilities and good laundry services. I paid Rs. 1,70,000 on April 7th and sent my daughter to the hostel. After a week, when I visited her, I found her in a depressed and untidy condition. She complained about poor laundry service, racial comments, and poor food quality. I no longer want to send her back to the hostel and want my money refunded. However, the school is refusing to refund my money. Please provide legal advice on how to get my money back.
