Do I need new bail after court summons received?

I have already secured a bail from High court for a FIR registered against me for IPC 465, 468, 471, 420 claiming I cheated my 2 brothers and faurged 1 brother' s signature in a rental agreement for a shop co owned by 3 of us(Rent value for 1 year: 84,000). Prosecution claims without any proof that I have destroyed the original evidence (rental agreement). Now I have received a summons from court for above 4 sections plus IPC 201. Is another bail needed for this court summons(not warrant). Do court issue summons notice for serious crimes.

Since you already have bail from the High Court and received only a summons (not an arrest warrant), you do not need to apply for bail again. Just appear in court on the date mentioned.. For further legal assistance contact us on our helpline number.
