What is the effect of withdrawal from a prosecution?

I filed a Criminal Case under CrPC in Lucknow district court against Property dealers/builders for financial fraud. Now i find myself in financial crisis and am unable to proceed with it. My question:If i withdraw the case then the culprits would be considered innocent by law? What other options are there for me? And no, i dont want free Counsel provided by the Court as its not useful at all-no offense intended. Please tell me my options.Thanks in advance.
