Salary not credited, others received — what can I do?
It’s the 10th of this month, and my salary has still not been credited to my bank account. Other employees received their salary on the 7th. When I asked HR, they kept making excuses. What should I do now?

If your salary is delayed while others have received theirs, send a formal email or letter to HR and Accounts. If they do not respond, file a written complaint with your employer or escalate to the Labour Commissioner. You have a legal right to timely salary under the Payment of Wages Act.
