What can I do if my employer hasn’t settled my dues?

I worked at Bandhan Bank and resigned with my last working day on November 2, 2023. I served the 90-day notice period as per the employer's terms. However, it has been more than 100 days, and they haven't settled my dues or provided the relieving letter because my superiors haven't submitted the exit clearance. I have been continuously calling and messaging him, but he is not responding. I contacted the HR department, but they said they cannot help with this issue. What can I do if this is being done intentionally? Please help.

If your employer has not provided your dues or relieving letter, this could be considered a violation of your employment rights. You can send a legal notice to the employer or escalate the matter to the Labor Commissioner. If unresolved, you may file a case in the labor court for unpaid dues and unfair treatment.
