What can I do if the DO rejects my payment and threatens contract renewal?

I have to send morning and evening photos to the DO via WhatsApp. On June 22, I sent the photos in the group, and the DO appreciated my work by reacting with a "Like" emoji. On June 23, I sent the photo in the morning, depicted at 10:16 AM and shared in the group, but it was delivered at 10:05 AM. The DO spoke with the team, and I tried to explain that it was a technical error. However, he complained to the Director. The Director said not to revise it in the future. The District Officer is not verifying my payment documents for both days and has issued a show-cause notice addressed to the Director, and a reminder for the same has been addressed to me. He is alleging that I shared a fraudulent photo, but I shared the original photo depicting the work done the whole day. Now, he is not verifying my payment. Some days, another team member shared a photo with the same timestamp, but my photo was delivered late. He is verifying other members' payments but rejecting mine. He is also threatening not to renew my contract.

You should immediately respond in writing to the District Officer (DO), clarifying that the discrepancy in the delivery time was due to a technical issue and not intentional fraud. If the DO continues to withhold payment and threatens contract renewal, you may file a formal complaint with the Director, seeking intervention and resolving the payment dispute through legal channels.
