Can I get a replacement for my defective product?

About 25 days ago, I bought a new smart TV for ₹9,000 with a 1-year warranty. Now it's not working properly. Can I ask the shop for a replacement?

If your TV is under warranty and it's not working properly, you have the right to request repair or replacement. First, contact the shop and brand's customer care. If they refuse to help, you can file a complaint with the Consumer Forum or on consumerhelpline.gov.in. For further legal assistance contact us on our helpline number.
