How to take legal action for fraud transaction?

I currently live in Bhopal. Two years ago, while traveling from Jaipur to Pune, I received multiple OTPs, and by morning, ₹30,000 was debited from my MobiKwik account. I filed a complaint with the police and the cyber cell immediately and also emailed MobiKwik. However, the company claims it’s not fraud because the OTP was received on my number. Now my CIBIL score is being affected, and I don’t know how to close this case. Please guide me on the legal steps I can take.

Since the fraud occurred through digital payment, you should immediately file a written complaint with the Cyber Crime Cell (www.cybercrime.gov.in) and attach your earlier FIR copy. Send a copy to MobiKwik’s grievance officer demanding refund and CIBIL correction. If they ignore it, approach the Banking Ombudsman or Consumer Court for deficiency in service and request compensation and CIBIL rectification.
