How do I complain against housing society not crediting payments?
I would like to file an online complaint against Edenwoods Co-operative Housing Society Limited, located at Andheri West, Off J.P. Road, Shastri Nagar, Mumbai 400053, India. I am the legal and sole owner of Flat 603, Edenwoods Co-operative Housing Society Ltd, and I have been paying my monthly maintenance bills regularly. However, these payments are not being credited to my society account. This issue has been ongoing for the past six months (from October 2024 to June 2025). I am currently a resident of the United Kingdom and need assistance in filing a harassment complaint against the current management of the housing society.
You should complain to the Registrar of Housing Societies in Maharashtra and also file a consumer case online.
