डीलर NOC न दे तो क्या कानूनी उपाय हैं?
Maine 3 mahine pehle ek car dealer se kharidi thi. Dealer ne kaha tha ki woh 1 mahine ke andar NOC de dega, lekin ab 3 mahine ho gaye hain aur abhi tak NOC nahi di hai. Maine poori payment online kar di hai. Mere paas agreement aur Form 29-30 bhi hain. Aisi situation mein mujhe ab kya kanooni kadam uthana chahiye?
